Sports-persons having represented-

The Country in an International Competition.
A State in a National Competition.
Their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the InterUniversity Sports Board.
The State Schools Teams in the National Sports 1 Games for schools conducted by All India School Games Federation or
Sportspersons who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
